High Performance: For athletes with strong technical foundations aiming to maximize their edge in competition.
Developmental: For athletes building the strength, skills, and confidence to set the stage for future high performance.
High Performance Speed & Power
This program is designed for athletes already competing at a high level—those pursuing provincial or national team selection, university recruitment, or scholarships. If you have a strong technical foundation in your sport and want to gain a competitive edge, this is the right fit.
What’s Included:
- Targeted speed and power training sessions
- 1x/week during in-season, or 2x/week during off-season
- Individually tailored physical training plans, adjusted monthly
- Biannual athlete meetings to review progress and refine goals
- Cost $600 for 12 weeks (1 session per week)




Developmental Strength & Power
This program is for athletes ready to build their foundation of strength, power, and injury prevention skills. The focus is on learning correct movement patterns, developing strength, and gaining confidence to eventually take ownership of their own training.
